"會員"是指目前為 IEEE, Optica, SPIE, or the Taiwan Photonics Society 任一個學會之會員. "Member" means joining any one of IEEE, Optica, SPIE, or the Taiwan Photonics Society."

Refund deadline for paid registrant is November 13, 2026. Banquet ticket is included in Member and Non-Member registration fee. Banquet ticket is non-refundable. Students may purchase banquet tickets through a waitlist system, subject to seat availability. Seat will be announced as it becomes available. Please check the announcement board regularly for updates. A confirmation email for successful banquet waitlist placement will be sent together with the payment notice. Banquet ticket: NT$1,500 per ticket.

If your presentation is related to a research project sponsored by the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC), Taiwan, please provide the project number in the registration form.

Conference Registration Includes

The conference registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, plenary talks, panel discussions, poster sessions, exhibitions, and refreshments.

會議註冊費包含參加所有會議場次、專題演講、論壇討論、海報展示、展覽區，以及會議期間提供之茶點。

Banquet

Banquet tickets are included in the registration fee for Member and Non-Member registrations and are non-refundable.
Due to limited seating capacity, students may purchase banquet tickets through a waitlist system, subject to seat availability. Available banquet seats will be announced as they become available. Please check the Announcement Board regularly for updates.
A confirmation email will be sent to students who are successfully placed on the waitlist.
Banquet ticket: NT$1,500 per ticket.
會員及非會員之晚宴餐券已包含於報名費中，恕不退費。
由於晚宴席位有限，學生可透過候補機制購買晚宴餐券，實際名額將依席位釋出情形安排。晚宴席位釋出將於有名額時公告，請定期留意公告訊息。
成功候補者將會收到候補成功確認信。
晚宴餐券：每張新台幣 1,500 元。

Refund Policy

Refund requests are accepted only for registration cancellation and banquet tickets purchased by students through the waitlist. Please verify your registration category and personal information carefully before completing online payment.
Requests for refunds must be submitted by email no later than 23:59 (Taiwan Time), November 13, 2026. A processing fee of NTD 500 will be deducted from each approved refund. No refund requests will be accepted on or after November 14, 2026.
Banquet tickets included in Member and Non-Member registration fees are non-refundable.
OPTIC 2026 is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control, including weather conditions or venue-related issues. The OPTIC 2026 Organizing Committee reserves the final right to approve or deny all refund requests.
退款申請僅受理取消註冊及學生透過候補機制加購之晚宴餐券。請於完成線上繳費前，確認報名類別及個人資料無誤。
退款申請須於 2026 年 11 月 13 日（台灣時間）23:59 前以電子郵件提出。每筆核准退款將酌收新台幣 500 元手續費；2026 年 11 月 14 日起恕不受理退款申請。
會員及非會員報名費所包含之晚宴餐券恕不退費。
OPTIC 2026 不對氣候、場地或其他不可抗力因素所造成之影響負責。OPTIC 2026 會議組織委員會保留所有退款申請之最終審核權。

Notice

Applicants currently participating in an NSTC-funded project as a Principal Investigator (PI), Co-Principal Investigator (Co-PI), postdoctoral researcher, or visiting scholar are eligible for the NTD 500 registration discount. Please enter the NSTC project number during registration. Post-registration modifications, retroactive submissions, late applications for the discount, or refund-and-re-registration requests will not be accepted.
For Member and Non-Member registrations, banquet tickets are automatically included in the registration fee and are non-refundable.
Students who wish to attend the banquet must apply through the banquet waitlist. Banquet tickets cost NTD 1,500 each and are subject to seat availability. Banquet tickets are transferable and are valid by ticket rather than by attendee name.
目前參與國科會（NSTC）補助計畫之申請人，包括計畫主持人（PI）、共同主持人（Co-PI）、博士後研究員及訪問學者，可享有新台幣 500 元註冊費優惠。請於註冊時填寫國科會計畫編號。註冊完成後，恕不接受補填資料、事後申請優惠、退款後重新註冊或任何修改申請。
會員及非會員之晚宴餐券已包含於報名費中，無須另行申請，且恕不退費。
學生如欲參加晚宴，請填寫晚宴候補表單申請加購，每張餐券新台幣 1,500 元。實際名額將依席位釋出情形安排。晚宴餐券採認票不認人方式，可轉讓他人使用。
